At Bejoy Hair Wigs, we are welcome customers from all over the world, and we will try our best to provide high quality human hair wigs and good service. For the best shipping service purpose, we have signed contracts with FedEx Express and DHL Express, if you have no special comments, we will delivery via FedEx.

Handing time:
Generally, we would be able to send out the orders to you within 24 hours and 2-3 business days for the orders placed on weekends if it's a stock order. 

For the custom made order, we would need some days to proceed with your orders and ship out within 5 days. We will let you know the tracking number once the orders are shipped out.

How to track your order:

We will add the tracking information on your order once the order is shipped out. Please track your order at FedEx Express webpage: www.fedex.com. If you can not receive the order on time, please feel free to contact us, our customer service will check the status and reply to you within 24 hours.

Shipping options & time

Delivery time = Handling time/producing time + Shipping time

We do not offer shipping or delivery on Sunday or Chinese public holidays. 

Remarks:

1. Please make sure your billing address on your PayPal is your shipping address before checking out, if there is a difference between billing address and shipping address, we may contact you to update the alternate address with your PayPal or require additional shipping information from you to verify that you are indeed the cardholder, which helps prevent fraudulent use of your PayPal, and also helps us process your order quickly that you could receive faster.

2. In order to protest the cardholder, if the billing address is different from the shipping address, the company reserves the right to send orders to the billing address.

3. The company is not responsible for any duties, taxes at your custom, or other additional charges that may be charged by your country or region for any international delivery.
